Cool Hive Daily - What's Up Wednesday
Join Earth Day Network on Earth Day 2018 - April 22 - and help end plastic pollution! Plastic is threatening our planet and the survival of many species.Plastic poisons and injures marine life as well as disrupts human hormones. From littering our beaches and landscapes to clogging our streams and landfills plastic is break downing and ending up in plants, animals and food. Together, we can make a difference by refusing to use or accept single use plastic. The Earth Day Network is working to secure a future free of plastic pollution. Please join them and sign their petition as well as show up at one of their earthly events coming up this Sunday. If you don't have an event near you go out and clean up some plastic trash or spend the day refusing to use packaging. Art Above by Tess Felix made with plastic found on Stinson Beach Link to a show I curated on Beach Plastic to inspire you. Part of turning the tide on climate change is to reduce the amount of trash we use and epicycle what we do use.
