If the five spokes of the energy landscape, Conservation, Efficiency, New Clean Technology, De-carbonization of Fossil Fuel Technology and Carbon Taxation, made progress in each sector by no less than 5% a year we could reach our goal before it is too late. Incremental progress across platforms makes big gains.  Our goal is an 80% reduction of GHG (Green House Gasses ) Emissions while increasing our energy intensity for a growing population.
