Try not to create any waste for a day, then practice eliminating waste for a week, then live with out waste for a lifetime. Refuse to use packaging and single use plastics every chance you can because what you waste is what you are. The Plastics we toss are ending up in our water and food supply. When you have to use packaging make sure it is recyclable. Hit the farmers market for fresh produce and store in reusable containers.
