Our earth is our home so by maintaining natural systems we maintain our sanctuary, our home. We are not keeping up with much of the basic housekeeping of home maintenance, as is seen by so many of our fellow inhabitants struggling to survive. In October of this year only two Adelie penguin chicks survived this year. Overfishing has forced these birds to travel further for food. Take 10 deep breaths and after ask yourself the course of action that can help improve global housekeeping, maybe its not eating fish, maybe its writing a blog, or calling your representatives. Getting depressed about it and doing nothing isn’t really a very healthy option.
