Save some money, and make an aesthetic leap in your kitchen by buying staples from the bulk section of your health food store. This also eliminates unnecessary plastic packages and reduces your negative environmental impact. It is also an excellent way to get back to healthy basics that are not only delicious; they are right for you. Lentils and quinoa are always a welcome staple comfort food in my kitchen. They pair with almost every steamed veg under the sun, and I feel nourished without any allergy response. Also on the sanctuary side, I prefer the look of my kitchen without advertising and labels polluting the shelves it just looks and feels more like my home rather than another place to be bombarded with advertising.
